Hello,
I thought I noticed it before, but now I'm sure, thanks to Genie der3
He played the second score in 5x5x14 flat but his score does not appear in the score-list of 5x5x14 flat scorelist.
Is it possible to fix?
Renato

Re: Error in score handling software
Hello Renato and happy new year
The score of Genie der3 does not appears in the score list because his timing check indicates cheating.
A slow down factor of exactly 2.
So I'm wondering if it is a fake or a failure of the timing check.
I'm thinking to improve this timing detection but it is not an easy task.
Regards,
Jean-Luc

Re: Error in score handling software
Hello Jean-Luc,
What I know is that Genie plays really a lot till January. He always enters a lot of funny comments.
In 2015 I did not see any result of him anymore.
It would be really dissapointing if he was cheating - there are a lot of scores of him in all the basic and flat lists.
Did this timing check also validates these scores?
Apperently there is software to detect possible cheating - is it perhaps possible to do this validations before inserting the score in the 'recent scores'?
Cheers,
Renato
