There is no secret. The high number of moves per block may be caused by my not very elegant way of using just the QWE keys, so instead of one rotation I sometimes use three in the opposite direction. Nope, my 3x3x10 BPM is 86.
Concerning the theoretical maximum: In FlatFun I need 3 seconds to drop down 12 blocks while pressing spacebar. This yields to a (theoretical) maximum of appr. 240 blocks per minute.

Grounded on which theory do you compute the theoretical maximum of 79.5 bpm and in relation to what are you a very fast player?
In FlatFun it is possible to play the skull level as long as you are able to stay calm and concentrated, so the pbm increases with every skull minute.

Well, I don\'t cheat.
My average speed lies between 70 and 81 which is quite normal I guess.
Still I can\'t upload my flat-fun-score (which is about 390,000 :-) ).
