Our Domain www.blockout.net was kindly donated from Nerius Landys, a passionate blockout fan. Nerius owned the domain for 7 years and transferred it for free to this project. Nerius is an ambitious blockout fan, who also created a blockout clone back in 2000. sadly he had other priorities and could not finish the multiplayer part. Nonetheless, his Java implementation of blockout is to date the best blockout clone i am aware of.

there is a new falling blocks game called multiblocks, that features a blockout clone. the 3d graphics of this game is really impressive, featuring smart shaders and screen pivoting. but gameplay is a bit rough, especially because the 3d mode is missing one axis of rotation.
