In addition to the long-known online score database, you now have the option to compare your scoring with some of the best Blockout II world players in the new World Ranking section.
Just be sure to upload your scores using always the same, unique name, and once you registered a few of them (five scores it's enough) go to the list and check your rank.
Currently there are at most 50 regular players in each category, so you won't need to scroll down a lot to see your name listed! ;)

Two new entries have been added to the Wiki, one for the nice blockout clone
Polycubes
and another one for the amazing 4D Tetris 4DTris. Don't hesitate to have a look at these new pages. New video links have also been added to the Wiki homepage.

A new version of Blockout II was released by Jean Luc Pons. This new version adds the "Practice Mode" that allows you to train without time pressure and the "Demo Mode" that allows you to watch a computer AI that plays blockout. Also, several bugs were fixed: (replay bug, random generator (FLAT block set), fullscreen bug (Linux) ). |

Dear Blockout Fans, Blockout II is now also available for Linux! It is using open standards like OpenGL and SDL and thus might also now easily be ported to MacOS, Solaris and many other operating systems that support OpenGL and SDL.
