This is very good :) Now I ended the Linux stuff, I\'m going to study with you the best way to integrate these modifications. May be not all, but there is some interesting points.

I really like the \"Next Level\" thing, it\'s something I frequently want to know when I\'m trying for a good run and I make a small mistake.

Another thing I\'d really like to see during play is the
22[x1] 6[x2] 1[x3] 2[x4] 0[x5]
counters. That way I would know if what I\'m doing is any good or not.

Should I have put this in the Wish List topic?

No, we have started the discussion here, i would prefer to avoid
having several branches on the same topic.

I\'m also really interested in having the number of cube before the next level. But there is a problem of free space. We will have to make choice, i don\'t think that we can put all informations on the screen at the same time.

Fred also asked to have the Next piece displayed.

May be, we can propose new screens and decided together which one is the best.

It will be a lot of thing ! no enough space

but the Skill show you if your game is good

you see if you can beat the hight score on playing

it\'s very useful

I try it on the \"real\" version (with original scoring) :

The Skill on my record on 3Dmania is 17 :

Image

166436 / 99 * 0.01= 16.81

I begin a new game, after 22 line my Skill is 20 ! if I continue to play like this I will beat my hight score :woohoo:

Image

but after 72 line and some mistake, my skill is 16 :S I can\'t beat my hight score

I\'m spoiled with the huge screen on my desk ;)

Still, it could be optional and a sort of overlay, similar to the "175.04 fps etc." in Fredjust\'s first screenshot.

I liked the THIN blockset. Try to add these pieces too in THIN -

▒█▒
███
▒█▒

█▒▒
█▒▒
███

███
▒█▒
▒█▒

█▒▒
██▒
▒██

█▒▒
███
▒▒█

█▒▒
███
▒█▒

█▒█
███

With these pieces, THIN blockset will be interesting & challenging and a good step for people who play FLAT & BASIC to move to EXTENDED and learn to make x5's
